The original AutoMemo established SourceNext's dedicated cloud-recorder workflow before the S and R models. Its one-button hardware, 8GB storage and automatic Wi-Fi transfer remain well documented, and SourceNext still maintains an original-model support category inside the active AutoMemo service. The 5.5-hour recording claim and app dependence are notably less convenient than the later devices, while the original hardware is no longer present in SourceNext's current recorder lineup.
